Return to Council with a draft urgency ordinance to implement <br /> a local mask requirement when on any City-owned property and in Downtown, <br /> and to adopt an administrative citation under the Pleasanton Municipal Code for <br /> violations <br /> Local mandatory mask wearing citywide, and citation under the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code — This could allow police officers to issue administrative citations <br /> (fines) to individuals not wearing a face covering when outside of their residence <br /> anywhere in the city. <br /> Direction to staff.
