will be included in a revised application package to be submitted to the RWQCB incorporating all <br /> comments received as part of draft review. <br /> Phase 2, Task 7:Regulatory Agency Coordination <br /> This task covers meetings with the Client and project team as well as negotiations with the resource <br /> agencies as part of the permit application process. The project manager and technical staff or the <br /> principal to be available for phone or video conference meeting with the Client and regulatory agencies <br /> as needed. This task also includes drafts of response to comments from the Agencies that may come <br /> up during coordination. Agencies may request site visits to discuss the proposed Project and potential <br /> impacts on areas within their jurisdiction. This task includes time for WRA to attend one site visit with the <br /> agency personnel to discuss the Project impacts if requested. It is anticipated that this task will last <br /> several months during the current agency timelines for RGP and Section 7 processing. <br /> Phase 2, Task 8: Contingency <br /> WRA is requesting an additional 20 percent contingency amount to allow for dynamic, flexibility in the <br /> budget during permit application and permit processing steps. This includes requests for information by <br /> permitting agencies requiring additional reports, revisions, or greater detail in responses to questions <br /> which require more time than anticipated for standard permit processing. Use of these funds will be on <br /> an as necessary basis in order to accommodate work. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Work can begin upon execution of this Change Order. <br /> STAFFING <br /> Leslie Lazarotti will be the principal in charge of the project. Myla Ablog will be the project manager. <br /> Other staff will be assigned to the project as necessary. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> • Any fees associated with permit applications are not included. <br /> • Up to 6 hours is included for mitigation site identification review and/or advising. If more time is <br /> required by WRA to assist with mitigation site identification, a change order may be necessary <br /> and will be discussed with the client prior to exceeding approved scope and budget. <br /> • WRA has designed this scope to cover other anticipated permit conditions that may be required. <br /> However, the full extent of these conditions are not known at this time and additional scope of <br /> work may be found to be required to fulfill all permit obligations. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> WRA will work with the regulatory agencies as much as possible to facilitate timely processing of the <br /> permit applications by the regulatory agencies and to coordinate with them on permit conditions that may <br /> affect Project feasibility, cost, and construction schedule.
