E. lease payments to the Alameda County Fairgrounds for space to conduct <br /> testing under this MOU; and <br /> F. payments of $100,000 each made by the Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton for <br /> COVID-19 specimen collection kits under this MOU. <br /> 4. The Cost Allocation (Page 5) of the MOU has been amended as follows: <br /> COUNTY will reimburse CITY within 30 days of receipt of invoice for costs not to <br /> exceed $4,063,459 associated with: <br /> ■ Specimen collection kits to collect samples for testing for SARS-CoV-2; <br /> ■ Laboratory processing through public, private or state-allocated lab processing <br /> partners; <br /> ■ Personnel costs associated with collecting samples; and <br /> ■ Recommended personal protective equipment (PPE), including N95 or higher- <br /> level respirator (or facemask if respirator is not available), eye protection, gloves <br /> and gown, for providers collecting specimens or within 6 feet of patients to <br /> maintain proper infection control; and <br /> ■ Lease payments to the Alameda County Fairgrounds for space to conduct testing <br /> under this MOU; and <br /> ■ Payments of$100,000 each made by the Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton for <br /> COVID-19 specimen collection kits under this MOU. <br /> 5. The Term of MOU (Page 5) of the MOU is currently scheduled to expire on <br /> 12/30/2020. As of the Effective Date, the term of the MOU is extended through <br /> March 31, 2021. <br /> 6.
