the publicly owned territory proposed to be annexed as determined <br /> by said legislative body. <br /> (d) Said territory is contiguous to the City of Pleasanton, <br /> and is uninhabited territory in the County of Alameda. <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> approve the annexation of the territory described hereafter to <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further ordain that the <br /> said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Said territory is situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly <br /> described as follows : <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO <br /> AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> SECTION 3. As an interim measure and as a holding zone for <br /> a period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these annexa- <br /> tion proceedings , including the filing of a certified copy of this <br /> ordinance with the Secretary of State of California, the City <br /> Council does hereby classify and zone said territory described as <br /> follows: <br /> A DISTRICT - AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT <br /> SECTION 4. The City Clerk and City officers shall perform <br /> all acts necessary to complete this annexation. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting on February 27, 1967. <br /> ADOPTED this March 6 , 1967, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Reid and Harding <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Rega <br /> jai Warren R.
