Resolution No. 21-1197 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: The City of Pleasanton requests EBCE's Board of Directors to approve <br /> enrolling the City's municipal electric accounts in EBCE's 100% renewable service option, the <br /> Renewable 100 option. <br /> SECTION 2: The City of Pleasanton requests EBCE's Board of Directors to approve <br /> enrolling the City's residential, commercial and industrial electric accounts in EBCE's 100% <br /> carbon free service option, the Brilliant 100 option. <br /> SECTION 3: The City of Pleasanton requests EBCE's Board of Directors to approve <br /> enrolling residential customers who are enrolled in California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE), <br /> Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA), and medical baseline accounts in EBCE's service Bright <br /> Choice. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on the 19th day of January 2021. <br /> I.
