Allocated an additional $188,000 to the Bridge Improvements at Various Locations Project, CIP <br /> No.16514 — FED ID 5101(029), to fund various change orders required due to unforeseen <br /> conditions discovered during construction and authorized the Director of Engineering to negotiate <br /> the final costs and execute change orders for up to a not to exceed amount of $188,000, in <br /> addition to the prior authorization amount of $136,000; Appropriated $100,340 in BPMP grant <br /> funding to the Bridge Improvements at Various Locations CIP No.16514 — FED ID 5101(029), <br /> upon expected approval by CalTrans; Authorized the transfer of $32,822 from the Bridge <br /> Approach Roadway Repairs, CIP No. 15524, to the Bridge Improvements at Various Locations <br /> CIP No.16514 — FED ID 5101(029), for the additional paving work adjacent to Santa Rita Road <br /> bridge; Authorized the transfer of $54,838 from the Santa Rita Road/Hopyard Road Piping <br /> Improvements, CIP No. 18128, to the Bridge Improvements at Various Locations CIP No.16514 — <br /> FED ID 5101(029), for the water system modifications required at the Santa Rita Road bridge <br /> 9. Approved an amendment to agreement with Dudek in the amount of $22,680 for design services <br /> for the downhill-only mountain bike trail at Augustin Bernal Park, CIP No. 20771 <br /> Finance <br /> 10. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for September 2020 <br /> 11. Moved to regular agenda -Adopt a resolution to accept the FY 2019/20 year-end financial report <br /> for the Capital Improvement program (CIP) budget and amend the FY 2019/20 CIP budget <br /> Human Resources <br /> 12.
