• FCS has substantial experience preparing environmental review documents in <br /> the City and is familiar with the community, City regulations and requirements, <br /> and its environmental review concerns. <br /> • The proposal would allow for the use of previously prepared environmental <br /> documents, with which FCS is very familiar, resulting in more efficient analysis. <br /> The proposal focuses on the issues of most interest to the community, including <br /> traffic/transportation, and air quality/GHG emissions, their implications, among others to <br /> best meet all CEQA requirements. The cost of FCS's services is to be paid by 10X <br /> Genomics, Inc., the project applicant.
