FIRSTCARBON <br /> SULUH HCJN3 <br /> The findings of the literature review and analysis will be summarized in the Biological Resources section <br /> of the IS/MND.This scope of work does not include a standalone biological resources assessment.This <br /> Scope of Work does not include an arborist report. If during the field survey it is determined that an <br /> arborist report is required, a separate work authorization will be prepared to address the proposed <br /> project's compliance with the City's Tree Ordinance. <br /> Subtask 3.3: Cultural Resources Assessment <br /> FCS will assess the potential for existing and undiscovered cultural and tribal cultural resources (TCRs)on <br /> the project site,the results of which will be incorporated directly into the IS/MND.The Cultural <br /> Resources section of the IS/MND will detail the results of the field investigation, record searches, and <br /> any additional resources discovered as a result of the cultural resources evaluation.This section will <br /> include recommendations for further study and/or mitigation within the project area,as needed. Copies <br /> of all correspondence and site survey photographs will be included in the appendices of the IS/MND. <br /> This task assumes the preparation of a separate, stand-alone cultural resources report will not be <br /> necessary. However,should significant cultural resources be discovered during the records search or <br /> pedestrian survey,the optional Site Recordation and stand-alone Phase I Cultural Resources Assessment <br /> (CRA)task line will be utilized as described below. <br /> Record Searches <br /> FCS will review and incorporate records search information from the Northwest Information Center <br /> affiliated with Sonoma State University and located in Rohnert Park.The record search will include a <br /> search of previous studies and identified cultural resources within the project boundaries and a 0.5-mile <br /> search radius.The National Register of Historic Places,the California Register of Historical Resources,the <br /> California Historical Resources Inventory,the California Historical Landmarks,the California Points of <br /> Historical Interest listings, and the Historic Property Data File, historic maps, and photographs will be <br /> consulted along with other pertinent historic data. <br /> FCS will obtain a paleontological records search from the Regional Paleontological Locality Inventory at <br /> the University of California, Berkeley.The records search will provide information regarding the relative <br /> sensitivity of the parcel to contain fossils.The results of the records search will be included in the <br /> Geology and Soils section of the IS/MND. <br /> As part of the records search, FCS will prepare and submit a request to the Native American Heritage <br /> Commission to check their Sacred Lands File for TCRs that may be adversely impacted by the project.The <br /> request will include lists of Native American representatives that may wish to consult on the project <br /> pursuant to Public Resources Code Sections 21080.3.1 and 21080.3.2 (also known as Assembly Bill [AB] <br /> 52).
