Sunflower <br /> Irby, L.P. proposes to have only one manager's unit and voluntarily,permanently restrict the <br /> studio unit at 60%AMI. Please reply to let me know if this is acceptable to the City of <br /> Pleasanton. Attached please find a letter from Sunflower Hill explaining the rationale behind <br /> this proposal.
