Approve the meeting minutes of October 14, 2020 <br /> Commissioner Allen moved to approve the Consent Calendar. <br /> Commissioner Pace seconded the motion. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 7 October 28, 2020 <br /> Associates <br /> Applications for: 1) Planned Unit Development (PUD) Minor Modification approval to an <br /> approved Development Plan (PUD-61) to reduce the minimum side yard setback from 10 feet <br /> to 5 feet on the east side; and 2) Administrative Design Review approval to construct single- <br /> and second-story additions totaling approximately 1,199 square feet in area at the north (rear) <br /> of the existing single-story home and construct a 226-square-foot detached one-car garage on <br /> the southeast (Peters Avenue frontage) side of the property located at 403 St. Mary Street. <br /> Approved. Appeal period expires November 30, 2020.
