CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> October 6, 2020 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Orders N-20-20 and N-35-20 and COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Vice Mayor Narum called a teleconference special meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of <br /> 6:15 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Pentin, Testa, Vice Mayor Narum <br /> Absent: Mayor Thorne <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT — None <br /> ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6: <br /> Agency representative: Nelson Fialho <br /> Employee organization: Unrepresented Management and Confidential <br /> ADJOURNMENT — The special meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Vice Mayor Narum called a teleconference regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of <br /> 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Testa led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Pentin, Testa, Vice Mayor Narum, Mayor Thorne (7:51) <br /> Absent: <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Daniel Sodergren advised no reportable action was taken in closed session. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Nelson Fialho reported Item 2 will be continued for formatting changes and advised Item <br /> No. 18 will also be continued. <br /> Vice Mayor Narum and Councilmember Brown requested Item No. 11 be removed from the Consent <br /> Calendar and moved to Item No. 20. <br />
