The Design Review Committee for the Hacienda Owners <br /> Association has reviewed the application for several site modifications. This application was submitted by Crosspoint Chinese Church of <br /> Silicon Valley, Site 172, dated June 24, 2020. This modification is in substantial compliance with the guidelines set forth in the Design <br /> Guidelines and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. <br /> The Hacienda Owners Association has reviewed and approved the following changes to the site: <br /> 1. Installation of a new play area adjacent to the south building elevation created by modifications to the existing landscaping and <br /> irrigation system. <br /> 2. Removal of existing ivy groundcover in the proposed play area and replacement with turf. <br /> 3. Installation of a new 6'high black wrought iron fence to enclose the new play area with access gates and protective bollards between <br /> the fence and adjacent parking area on the north side. <br /> • <br /> 4. Relocation of bike racks at the north entrance to the building. <br /> All proposed modifications have been made to be consistent with the existing site plan and architecture.The design and description for this <br /> modification are included on the attached plan sheets. <br /> This application is hereby approved by the Hacienda Owners Association and may be processed for necessary approvals by the City of <br /> Pleasanton. No oil, gasoline, chemicals, or other harmful materials shall be deposited or disposed <br /> within the dripline of the trees or in drainage channels, swales, or areas that may lead <br /> to the dripline. <br /> e.
