[*:I
Relocate Electroliers — Callouts for relocating the electroliers impacted by the shift in the median curbs
south of the intersection were included in the 65% and 95% submittals. Additional detailing by TJKM
will be included in the final plans and project specifications.
Replace Traffic Signal Pole in NE quadrant — Per City comments on the 95% submittal, a new mast arm
signal pole will be placed in the northeast quadrant of the intersection.
Design Standard Decision Document (DSDD) — The original scope assumed two submittals of the
DSDD. Quincy received comments on the second submittal of the DSDD this summer. At least one
additional submittal will be required. The amendment request will assume one substantive submittal
to incorporate the comments made to date followed by a final submittal with minor changes as needed
to prepare the final document.
Resubmit 95% PS&E — The 95% PS&E will be resubmitted after gaining concurrence from Caltrans and
the City on the revised geometry.
Vibration Monitoring — The City requested Quincy add vibration monitoring to the scope to support
the City's coordination with the 6111 Johnson Ct property owner. Vibration equipment will be installed
to collet pre-, concurrent- and post -construction vibration data. Vibration data will be downloaded
once a month (or as needed) and a data report will be issued. If vibration complaints occur during
construction, a report (verbal or written) of the vibration levels that occurred at the time of the
complaint will be provided as requested. Data reports will be issued on a monthly basis. It is assumed
that a final written summary report is not desired.
