Other cities in Alameda County have taken similar action to cap these delivery fees <br />including Dublin, Livermore, Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, and San Leandro. <br />Additionally, at its September 22 meeting the Alameda County Board of Supervisors <br />adopted a 15 percent cap on food service delivery fees for unincorporated areas of the <br />county.
