The proposed hours of operation would be Monday through Friday from <br /> 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Each lesson would last <br /> approximately 30 to 90 minutes with a five-minute break between each lesson period. All <br /> lessons would be one on one with up to five lessons occurring concurrently. Up to two students <br /> would be permitted to arrive and wait for their lessons inside the facility lobby/reception area. <br /> Collectively, up to five students and five instructors (12 people total if two students are waiting <br /> and all music rooms are occupied) would be on-site at any one time. <br /> The current condominium floor plan configuration consists of a reception area, six offices, <br /> storage and a break room. Except for the storage room, all other rooms would be repurposed. <br /> The reception area would be split into an office, lobby/reception area and a music room. The <br /> break room would become an equipment room. All offices would become music instruction <br /> rooms (five total). All exterior entrances to the condominium would remain in use and there <br /> would be no physical connection to the adjacent existing music school in Suite 118. See Figure <br /> 3 for the proposed floor plan. <br /> The subject condominium has direct access to the parking areas that will be utilized by staff <br /> and parents dropping off and picking up students before and after each lesson.
