Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566 Attn: Rita Di Candia July 30, 2020 WRA Project No. 29118 PURPOSE The purpose of this Change Order is to request funds to complete the Phase 1 IS/MND process and further scope to amend Phase 2 for agency submittals and permit processing. We found that the funds needed to reconcile the Study Area adjustments were substantial in Phase 1 and we learned from the permitting agency meeting that it was necessary to amend the project description. This change resulted reanalysis and revision to the draft BRA and draft IS/MND documents. With Change Order 2 funds, we are intending to prepare final regulatory permit application packages and conduct agency coordination to obtain the final permits. Additional scope for another three months of project management is included. Overall, this helps reconcile the residual effects of changing the Study Area, the resulting report/figure cascade effects, and accommodate the permitting agency project description guidance. It also provides time to coordinate with City.
