Resolution No. PC-2003-52 <br />Page Three <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-101, the application of Kim Eppard and Jason Sekaby for a <br />conditional use permit to operate an indoor baseball pitching facility within an <br />existing building located at 7070 Commerce Circle, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
