CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> April 21, 2020 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Orders N-20-20 and N-35-20 and COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> Mayor Thorne called a teleconference regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 <br /> p.m. Councilmember Narum led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Councilmember Testa requested Item Nos.5 and 8 be pulled from the Consent Calendar and placed on <br /> the regular agenda. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 20-1144 confirming actions taken by the City <br /> Manager to consider, approve, and execute contracts and administrative matters needed for the <br /> on-going operation of the City during the local emergency relating to COVID-19 <br /> 2. Approved Minutes of March 3, 2020 <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Engineering <br /> 4. Accepted and authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion for public improvements <br /> performed by Granite Construction Company, Inc. for the Annual Street Resurfacing and <br /> Reconstruction of Various Streets, CIP No. 18503 <br /> 5. Pulled and moved to the regular agenda: Approve agreement with Pakpour Consulting Group <br /> in the amount of $375,000 for as needed engineering services to support the MCINerizon fiber <br /> installation <br /> 6. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 20-1145 amending the FY 2020/21 budget to <br /> incorporate a list of projects funded by Senate Bill 1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of <br /> 2017 <br /> Finance <br /> 7. Accept monthly disbursements and investment report for February 2020 <br />
