All building and/or structural plans shall comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect before the Building Department will issue permits. <br />Plans shall be submitted by a licensed design professional. <br />8. No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall conform to <br />the existing approved sign program. <br />
