~The City Clerk shall at the time of the setting date of the ~hearing also mail a copy of the appeal together with a notice ~iof public hearing to each member of the Board. Following iithe hearing of any such appeal the Board may affirm, reverse, l~or modify the action of the Director of Recreation and may take ~any action thereon which would have been authorized in the ~!first instance. The action of the Board on any such appeal ~ishall be final and conclusive. Section 2-1Z.10 Review by Council. ~IA of th Planning Commission shall have authority to 1! ny member e !request the Commission to review any decision of the Director !~!of Recreation or the Board of Zoning Adjustment by making such irequest with the City Clerk prior to the expiration of the !~appeal period.
