THE CITY OF 24 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> i :lila I <br /> June 16, 2020 <br /> Library and Recreation <br /> TITLE: AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH THE SENIOR SUPPORT <br /> PROGRAM OF THE TRI-VALLEY FOR AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $88,000 <br /> RENEWABLE FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Since 2000, the City has provided a range of health and social services directed toward <br /> senior citizens who reside in Pleasanton, coordinated through agreements with the <br /> Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley (SSPTV). The current agreement will expire <br /> on June 30, 2020. Based upon their excellent work, the City desires to extend the <br /> agreement for up to an additional five years, through a sole source process. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve an Agreement for Services with the Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley <br /> for an annual amount of $88,000 renewable for up to five years. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> This Agreement for Services with Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley is not to <br /> exceed $88,000 annually. Funding is included in account #00199200 as part of the FY <br /> 2020/21 Operating Budget. <br />
