scenarios, schedule analysis, and recommendations for resolution. <br /> • Maintain a photographic record of the site and construction progress. <br /> • Provide estimating services for verifying contractor's requests for extra work, change orders, <br /> and claims. <br /> • Maintain an independent schedule to verify the feasibility of the contractor's schedule. <br /> • Document and make recommendations to resolve unanticipated field conditions, disputes, and <br /> claims. <br /> • Prepare change orders and all associated supporting documentation, including analysis of <br /> schedule and budget impacts, and submit with recommendations to the City Project <br /> Manager for review and concurrence. <br /> • Processing and review accordingly submittals, test reports, RFIs and other <br /> documents for transmittal to the contractor, and maintain records for construction <br /> contract. <br /> • Prepare and maintain a master log of Contractor's submittals, RFI's, and change orders. <br /> • Monitor and verify the contractor's preparation of as-built drawings. <br /> • Review and process Contractor invoices, including, recommendations on progress payments. <br /> • Coordinate and schedule Quality Assurance materials testing with City consultant lab <br /> as required for construction of the project. Contractor responsible for Quality Control <br /> materials testing and compliance. <br /> • Provide vehicles, including beacons, and company placards for the duration of the project. <br /> • Provide all work supplies, inspection tools, personal protective equipment, and equipment to <br /> consultant personnel. <br /> Post—Construction <br /> • Conduct final inspections and preparing reports on the results. Make recommendations for <br /> resolution of disputed items. <br /> • Preparation of the preliminary and final punch list. <br /> • Contract Administration for project closeout. <br /> • Prepare and submit field as-built red-line drawings. <br />
