Resolution No. 20-1158 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> SECTION 3: Council approves the FY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and FY 2020-2021 <br /> Annual Action Plan and authorizes the City Manager, or his or her designee, to submit the <br /> Consolidated Plan and Action Plan to HUD and to execute all documents and certifications <br /> necessary to secure and award funding for the City. <br /> SECTION 3: Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with <br /> each agency receiving Pleasanton HHSG and CG funding in FY 2020-21 and to take all other <br /> necessary actions to carry out the HHSG and CG programs for FY 2020-21. <br /> SECTION 4: Contracts with subrecipient agencies will be executed after the City <br /> determines a finding of no significant impact through the federal environmental assessment <br /> process. <br /> SECTION 5: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on May 19, 2020. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of May 2020, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Pentin, Testa, Vice-Mayor Narum <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Mayor Thorne <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Karen i iaz, Ci y Cle <br /> APP VED S TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
