Resolution No. PC-2003-43 <br />Page 3 <br />PCUP-91, EXHIBIT " B" <br />FINAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Pelican Learning Center, 855 Main Street, Suite 204 <br />The Pelican Learning Center shall be operated in substantial conformance to the <br />"Business Relocation Plan", Exhibit "A", dated "Received June 20, 2003" on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans and conditions may be allowed subject to the approval <br />of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved <br />exhibits. <br />2. The maximum occupancy for this use is limited to one instructor and four <br />students. <br />Any signage for the proposed facility shall be reviewed under a separate <br />application for sign design approval. <br />4. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be <br />utilized on the site except as allowed by Section 18.96.060K of the Zoning <br />Ordinance for grand openings. <br />If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br />other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br />6. The tenant space covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, fire <br />extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. <br />< End > <br />
