The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The site's Central Commercial zoning conditionally permits the <br />establishment of tutoring facilities. The proposed use complies with all <br />relevant sections of the zoning ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed use would be <br />complementary to the existing business owners and tenants in the downtown <br />area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-91, the application of Pelican Learning Center for <br />conditional use permit approval to allow a tutoring business to operate on <br />Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday from <br />9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. within an existing second-floor tenant space located at <br />855 Main Street (Pleasanton Hotel), Suite 204, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
