Resolution No. PC-2003-37 <br />Page 5 <br />Parents shall be instructed and encouraged to use the driveway off Rheem <br />Drive to pick up students. <br />8. The applicant shall schedule an inspection with and meet all requirements of <br />the Fire Department prior to commencement of the after school daycare <br />program. <br />9. This approval does not include approval of any signage for the after school <br />program. Any signs proposed shall be consistent with the sign program for <br />the office complex and shall be approved by the Planning Department prior to <br />installation. <br />10. All conditions of approval for UP-88-11 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />11. The applicant shall submit plans of the daycare facility to the Building <br />Department and shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No <br />changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval <br />from the Planning Department. <br />12. The applicant shall contact the State of California Social Services Department <br />and pursue meeting the requirements fora "drop-in" center prior to <br />commencement of the after school daycare program. The applicant shall <br />report to the Planning Department the State's designation of the facility and <br />what, if any, changes to the operation may be required. The Planning Director <br />may approve such changes if determined to be in substantial conformance <br />with the approved use permit; otherwise, the use permit shall be returned to <br />the Planning Commission for review. <br />[end] <br />
