Resolution No. PC-2003-37 Page 5 Parents shall be instructed and encouraged to use the driveway off Rheem Drive to pick up students. 8. The applicant shall schedule an inspection with and meet all requirements of the Fire Department prior to commencement of the after school daycare program. 9. This approval does not include approval of any signage for the after school program. Any signs proposed shall be consistent with the sign program for the office complex and shall be approved by the Planning Department prior to installation. 10. All conditions of approval for UP-88-11 shall remain in full force and effect. 11. The applicant shall submit plans of the daycare facility to the Building Department and shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval from the Planning Department. 12. The applicant shall contact the State of California Social Services Department and pursue meeting the requirements fora "drop-in" center prior to commencement of the after school daycare program. The applicant shall report to the Planning Department the State's designation of the facility and what, if any, changes to the operation may be required. The Planning Director may approve such changes if determined to be in substantial conformance with the approved use permit; otherwise, the use permit shall be returned to the Planning Commission for review.
