Resolution No. PC-2003-37 <br />Page 4 <br />Exhibit B <br />Proposed Conditions of Approval <br />Case PCUP-84 <br />The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit "A" (the site plan, floor plans, and details of operation), dated <br />"Received, August 4, 2003", on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions of approval. <br />2. The operation of the after school daycare program shall be under 16 hours per <br />week and shall generally adhere to the following schedule: <br />Monday -Friday: 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />1f additional hours of operation beyond what was included in the applicant's <br />statement of operation, dated "Received, August 4, 2003", on file in the <br />Planning Department, are desired, the applicant shall obtain approval from the <br />State of California Department of Social Services prior to City review and <br />approval. If additional hours require the provision of an outdoor activity area, <br />approval from the property owners association for use of such area shall be <br />provided prior to City approval of the hours of operation and of the design and <br />location of the outdoor area. <br />4. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the State of California <br />Department of Social Services regarding operation of the after school daycare <br />program. <br />5. If additional activities and enrollment beyond what was included in the <br />applicant's statement of operation, dated "Received, August 4, 2003", on file <br />in the Planning Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is <br />required. Such modifications may be approved by the Planning Director if <br />found to be in substantial conformance with this approval. The Planning <br />Director may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed <br />changes would be significant. <br />6. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, <br />interior noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use <br />permit approval. Possible mitigation measures may include, but are not <br />limited to, reducing the number of, students, modifying the hours of operation, <br />or other measures deemed necessary by the Planning Commission. <br />
