If necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional <br />use permit. <br />8. The project developer shall maintain the area surrounding the event center to a <br />clean and orderly manner at all times. <br />9. The exterior kitchen door shall be kept closed, but not locked, at all times. <br />10. The kitchen for the event center shall be equipped at all times with filtering <br />devices to minimize odors and firmes. These filtering devices shall be operating <br />during an event including any type of food services. <br />11. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up <br />between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />12. The owner/operator shall secure a license from Alcoholic Beverage Control <br />before alcoholic beverages may be served in the event center, and shall maintain <br />this license as long as alcoholic beverage service is provided. <br /><End> <br />
