Resolution No. PC-2003-33 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-64D-2M, the application of Roche Molecular <br />Diagnostics for design review approval to construct atwo-story, 39,133-square-foot <br />office building and 71 additional parking spaces at its existing 33-acre campus <br />located at 4300 Hacienda Drive in the Hacienda Business Park (Lot 6), subject to <br />the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
