Resolution No. PC-2003-32 <br />Page 5 <br />B. Two additional Chinese pistachio trees shall be provided in the landscaping strip by <br />Washington Street, between the parking lot and the street. <br />C. Three additional arbutus marina trees shall be provided in the 5-foot western <br />landscaping strip by the parking lot. <br />D. Four additional arbutus marina trees shall be provided in the 5-foot southern <br />landscaping strip by the parking lot. <br />E. An additional crape myrtle tree shall be provided in the 5-foot landscaping strip by the <br />eastern driveway entrance. <br />F. The trees shown in the ivy in Exhibit A, shall all be crape myrtle trees <br />G. Flowering evergreen shrubs and decorative accent shrubs, such as daylilies or irises, <br />shall be provided in all landscape areas currently shown in Exhibit A to have ivy. <br />The ivy shall be removed from the plans. <br />H. Flowering evergreen shrubs and decorative accent shrubs, such as daylilies or irises, <br />shall be provided in all landscape areas shown in Exhibit A to have pink Indian <br />hawthorne and located next to a parking stall. <br />L Mulch shall be provided as ground cover in all landscape areas with shrubs and all <br />landscape areas with vines. <br />The quantities, species, and location of the shrubs, and the location of the <br />additional trees shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br />Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />12. Unless so desired by the applicant, there shall be no tree canopies over the two <br />northwestern most parking spaces. <br />13. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to <br />show decorative shrubs in the bioswale, outside of the main drainage path. The <br />shrubs shall be situated so as to screen the cars in the parking lot. The quantity and <br />location of the shrubs, and the shrub species shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br />14. The applicant shall install and maintain the landscaping and irrigation between the <br />eastern property line and Wyoming Street and the northern property line and <br />Washington Street. <br />
