THEREFORE, I, NELSON FIALHO, AS DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY <br /> SERVICES, ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1. During the term of this Order, the City waives the fines, penalties, <br /> and interest imposed by the following sections of the PMC for failure to pay the listed <br /> payments when due from the responsible business owner, property owner, or resident: <br /> Transient Occupancy Tax— PMC section 3.20.080 <br /> Water Service Fees — PMC section 14.04.130 <br /> Sewer User Charges — PMC section 15.20.080 <br /> The waiver contained in this section does not relieve the responsible business owner, <br /> property owner, or resident from paying the City's transient occupancy tax, or utility bills <br /> for water or sewer services provided by the City. <br /> Section 2. During the term of this Order, the City suspends the required <br /> security deposits for water and sewer service contained in PMC sections 14.04.075 and <br /> 15.20.090. Applicants for water and sewer service during the term of this Order are <br /> required to pay such security deposits at the time of the expiration of this Order. <br /> Section 3. Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order N-42-20, during the <br /> term of this Order, the City will not discontinue a consumer's water service for <br /> nonpayment of a bill for water service. <br /> Section 4.
