In response to Councilmember Brown's inquiry, City Manager Fialho reported a Master Plan Repair and <br /> Replacement project of the sewer system, which is approaching 50 years old, is being developed and <br /> City Council will be able to allocate some of the Sewer Operations and Maintenance Fund to fund those <br /> improvements in the future. <br /> In response to Councilmember Testa's inquiry, City Manager Fialho clarified more participants are <br /> participating in recreation programs which accounts for the increase in Recreation Fees. He noted <br /> program fees were approximately 30-40% of cost recovery with the General Fund subsidizing the <br /> remainder. He advised it could be prioritized for future City Council discussion. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Testa to waive full reading and adopt Resolution No. 20-1138 <br /> accepting the midyear FY 2019/20 operating budget and amending the FY 2019/20 operating budget <br /> accordingly. The motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL - None <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Councilmember Brown reported the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) shared <br /> autonomous vehicle demonstration was cancelled due to an accident in another part of the country and <br /> will be rescheduled. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
