CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 63Z ZONING UNIT #113 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON AN INTERIM URGENCY BASIS FOR APPROXIMATELY 18 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD, BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE ARROYO DE LA LAGUNA, ON THE SOUTH BY A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXI- MATELY 20 ACRES IN SIZE ZONED RM-2500, ON THE WEST BY FOOTHILL ROAD AND ON THE NORTH BY BERNAL AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. .!The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, :!referred to in 92-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance I. Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 113, as shown on the map dated August 26,1971 on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further !i described as follows: Property of Castlewood Enterprises, a partnership, being approximately 18 acres in size, bounded on the west by Foot- hill Road, on the north by Bernal Avenue, on the east by the Arroyo De La Laguna and on the south by a parcel approximatel~ 20 acres in size zoned RM-2500, of which approximately 4.5 approximately 9.5 a o 1 and approximately 4.2 acres 0 (Office) District, is hereby classified as follows: S (Study) District III. This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its adoption in "The Times", a newspaper of general circulation, pub- lished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force immediately
