' Resolution No. PC-2003-28 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies the application of Northstaz Construction for vesting tentative map approval <br />consisting of: (1) 19 single-family lots within the 13.2-acre Low Density area; (2) a <br />12.4-acre Hillside ResidentiaVOpen Space lot (parcel A) containing the existing <br />Chrisman residence and associated accessory buildings, (3) three commonly-owned <br />open space lots (Parcels B, C, and D) containing about 4.7-acres; and (4) associated <br />streets, old Vineyazd Avenue trail, and related infrastructure located at 1944 <br />Vineyard Avenue and a portion of 2200 Vineyard Avenue. <br />Section 2.
