Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. 26. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each work day. Building 27. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. 28. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots to the satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. 29. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an approved storm drain system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. Fire 30. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 31. Prior to any construction, the applicant shall provide adequate fire protection facilities, including but not limited to surface roads and a water supply and water flow meeting Fire Department standards to suppress a major fire. If, prior to any construction, the applicant proposes in writing an alternate method of fire protection, the Fire Chief may allow the alternative method. 32. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Mazshall no construction shall begin until such time as an acceptable emergency vehicle access has been established, as defined by the Fire Marshall. This access shall be maintained at all time until the public improvements are accepted. Engineering 33. Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the "General Permit for Stonn Water Discharge with Associated Construction Activities" from the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
