A similaz note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />25. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent <br />odor. <br />26. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each work day. <br />Building <br />27. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 <br />and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including <br />irrigation meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD <br />sewer permit fee. <br />28. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />29. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an approved storm drain <br />system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform <br />unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. <br />Fire <br />30. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />31. Prior to any construction, the applicant shall provide adequate fire protection <br />facilities, including but not limited to surface roads and a water supply and water <br />flow meeting Fire Department standards to suppress a major fire. If, prior to any <br />construction, the applicant proposes in writing an alternate method of fire <br />protection, the Fire Chief may allow the alternative method. <br />32. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Mazshall no construction shall begin until <br />such time as an acceptable emergency vehicle access has been established, as <br />defined by the Fire Marshall. This access shall be maintained at all time until the <br />public improvements are accepted. <br />Engineering <br />33. Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall provide the City with a <br />copy of the "General Permit for Stonn Water Discharge with Associated <br />Construction Activities" from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />
