Condition No. 4 of Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-99-44 (Case UP-99- <br />19), pertaining to the expiration period for the classrooms at 4466 Black Avenue, <br />is eliminated. <br />8. A one-hour separation wall shall be provided between the proposed classroom at <br />4466 Black Avenue and the adjacent office uses. The applicants shall obtain all <br />building and other applicable City permits for the project prior to the <br />commencement of construction. All building and/or structural plans shall comply <br />with all codes and ordinances in effect before the Building Department will issue <br />permits. Plans shall be submitted by a licensed design professional. <br />9. Except as modified above, all conditions of approval of the previous conditional <br />use permit approvals (Cases PCUP-10, UP-99-19, UP-97-75, and UP-97-18) for <br />the Carden West School shall remain in full force and effect. <br />[end] <br />
