I concur with taking <br /> action on the youth commission's recommendations on tobacco. I believe our city hasn't done enough to <br /> combat the issue of youth vaping. Last year at Amador I saw so many students vaping in bathrooms, <br /> classrooms and even during passing period. The number of kids vaping keep increasing. I've witnessed close <br /> friends grow highly addicted to these dangerous substances. I know teenagers get hooked on the flavored e- <br /> cigarette devices because they seem harmless like candy. Pleasanton should ban the sale of flavored pods <br /> and devices. In addition, more signs need to be posted on the adverse effects of nicotine to the body and <br /> health of a young adult. <br /> Thank you for reading this and I hope you take action soon. <br /> Saba Salehifar <br />
