Committee <br /> members present and introduced were Christina Nystrom Mantha, Councilmember Julie Testa, <br /> Ellen Pensky McGraw, Steve Van Dorn, Kristen Hayes Kuse, Harsh Gohil, Shareef Mandavi, <br /> Barbara Steinfeld, Tiffany Cadrette, Steve Baker, Will Doerlich, Kristin LaPorte, Jeffrey Chen, <br /> and Glen Sparks. Committee members not in attendance were Sylvia Tian, Steve Berberich, <br /> Chiman Lee, Michael Li, PUSD Trustee Jamie Yee and Olivia Sanwong. City staff present <br /> were Assistant City Attorney Larissa Seto, Recreation Manager Jay Ingram, Recreation <br /> Supervisor Nicole Thomas, Economic Development Office Assistant Nicole Rodriguez, <br /> Economic Development Specialist Lisa Adamos and Director of Economic Development <br /> Pamela Ott. Guests present were Youth Commission member Kristina Constanzo, and Ramya <br /> Ayyagari, Simoni Regmi and Kevin Kiyoi with Amador Valley High School. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> No agenda amendments were made. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> The October 17, 2019, meeting minutes were approved as presented on motion by Steve Van <br /> Dorn and second by Will Doerlich by a vote of 13-0-0. <br /> INFORMATION UPDATES <br /> Pamela Ott reviewed the Upcoming Meetings and Events listing. Ms. Ott also noted during the <br /> upcoming December EVC meeting discussion regarding the opening of EVC Chair and Vice <br /> Chair will take place. <br /> Students from Amador Valley High School Ramya Ayyagari and Simoni Regmi gave a <br /> presentation on Girls Who Code, which is a national organization which aims to support and <br /> increase the number of women in computer science. Ms. Ayyagari and Ms. Regmi shared <br /> information about a planned March 7, 2020 summit hosted by the AVHS chapter of Girls Who <br /> Code and noted opportunities to donate and sponsor students (through Pleasanton <br /> Partnerships in Education). <br />
