The proposed use is to be operated <br />entirely indoors, and its fitness programs should not interfere with adjacent <br />uses. <br />3. The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The site's zoning regulations conditionally permit the establishment of a <br />health club/fitness center. The proposed use complies with all relevant <br />sections ofthis ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use <br />would offer a service to residents of the neighborhood, would be compatible <br />with the surrounding uses, and would not detrimentally affect the <br />surrounding uses or properties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-82, the application of Sharon Carrell for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a ladies fitness express facility in an existing building <br />located at 5424 Sunol Boulevard, #4 (within the Oak Hills Shopping Center), <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part <br />ofthis case by reference. <br />Section 2.
