Resolution No. PC-2003-12 <br />Page 2 <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The applicant's business operation and the proposed conditions of approval <br />would integrate the use without detrimentally affecting the surrounding <br />properties or the City in general and would keep the use in compliance with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use <br />would be compatible with the surrounding uses and is appropriate for the <br />subject location. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-80, the application of Koryo Martial Arts for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a martial arts studio in an existing <br />commercial suite located at 3506 Old Santa Rita Road, Suite A, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
