All storage would be located inside the building. As conditioned, the hours of operation would be restricted so as not to impact performances in the adjacent tenant suites. 3. The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The site's PUD zoning permits the establishment of "industries engaged in the construction and building trades" subject to conditional use permit approval. As conditioned, Bendall Metal Products would comply with all applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use would be compatible with the surrounding uses and properties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-77, the application of Paul Zampierin with Bendall Metal Products for a conditional use permit to allow a thin gauge metal cutting and bending business within the existing building located at 1048 Serpentine Lane, Suite 310 (Valley Business Park), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
