EXHIBIT C
From: Mike Cheney
To: Eric Luchini
Subject: P19-0432
Date: Monday,February 3,2020 5:33:56 PM
The CUP application for operating a bar with indoor entertainment& Music until midnight, seven days a
week is a little bit of a stretch. I am all for the development of and encouragement of activity in our
downtown area. We need to do more to help owners of businesses keep their clients in the downtown
area by allowing them to stay open later, provide services and keep them here to help other surrounding
businesses prosper. Running live music on a Sunday Night till Midnight? I don't think so. I'm good with
Thursday to Saturday night. No other input from my side.
Thank you,
Veck ekae.v
Valley Plumbing Home Center, Inc.
272 Rose Ave.
Pleasanton, Ca. 94566
925-462-1639
Service and Repair Specialist
CSLB#437867/AWVVA#6407
www.valleyplumbinginc.com
mike@valleyplumbinginc.com
Voted Best Plumber 10 yrs in a row
The information transmitted(including attachments)is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act,18 U.S.C.2510-2521,is
intended only for the person(s)or entity/entities to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.Any
review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of,or taking of any action in reliance upon, this information by persons or entities
other than the intended recipient(s)is prohibited. If you received this in error, please contact the sender and delete the material from any
computer.
Click here to report this email as spam.
ed in the
"Approved Plans" are desired, prior City review and approval is required.
