Ordinance No.2203 <br /> Page 16 <br /> 48. The applicant shall underground all new utility service connections to the new <br /> building(s) within the project at their expense prior to the issuance of the <br /> certificate of occupancy. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 49. The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall submit water and sanitary <br /> sewer calculations for the development with the first submittal of the <br /> improvement plans. The calculations shall provide for the water and sewer <br /> demand, impacts to existing water and sewer infrastructure, and proposed water <br /> and sewer improvements to address any impacts. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 50. All on-site drainage inlets shall be marked with the words "No Dumping! Flows to <br /> Bay" or equivalent and shall be verified prior to the acceptance of the project. <br /> Maintenance of the storm drain inlet marking shall be included in the stormwater <br /> O&M Agreement. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 51. The applicant shall enter into a "Stormwater Treatment Measures Inspection and <br /> Maintenance Agreement" for annual maintenance and reporting of the <br /> stormwater treatment system as depicted on the City-approved plans by the <br /> Director of Engineering/City Engineer. A signed copy of the agreement shall be <br /> provided to the City prior to the issuance of encroachment permit. The <br /> agreement shall be filed for record at the Alameda County Clerk-Recorder's <br /> Office at a time determined by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 52. The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall prepare improvement <br /> plans that include the typical and special cross sections; existing and proposed <br /> sanitary sewer storm drain, and water improvements; grading; curb ramps, <br /> sidewalk, and driveways; subdrains; fire hydrants, repair or replacement of <br /> deficient frontage improvements; construction of frontage improvements; flood <br /> zone limits; seismic fault zone limits; existing and proposed easements; storm <br /> water pollution control plan; storm water management plan; and other details as <br /> determined by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. (Project Specific <br /> Condition) <br /> Design <br /> 53. DESIGN PER CITY STANDARDS: All public improvements shall be designed in <br /> compliance with the City Standard Specifications and Details in effect at the time <br /> of the issuance of the encroachment, grading, or subdivision permit, whichever <br /> occurs first. <br /> 54. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: The Conditions of Approval shall be depicted on <br /> a plan sheet(s) in the improvement plans. <br /> 55. GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT — DESIGN CERTIFICATION: The applicant <br /> shall comply with the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The <br /> applicant's California licensed geotechnical engineer shall review and approve all <br /> foundation, retaining walls, drainage and geotechnical aspects of the final <br />
