Proclamation declaring December 4, 2019 as Josh Burger and Awareness of Atelosteogenesis <br /> Syndrome Type III day <br /> Council presented a proclamation declaring December 4 as Josh Burger and Awareness of <br /> Atelosteogenesis Syndrome Type III Day in his honor. <br /> Mr. Burger thanked Council for their recognition and encouraged the community to continue to give <br /> back. He noted a fundraising event will take place on November 4 at Eddie Papa's. <br /> 10. Public Comment <br /> Kelly Cousins addressed Item 12, expressed concern regarding necessary infrastructure, school <br /> overcrowding, traffic congestion, the extension of El Charro to Stanley, and the the need for a <br /> transparent public process. <br /> David Ham, Chaplain, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6298 introduced Wreath's Across America Chair, <br /> Julia Borchers who encouraged Council and residents to participate in Wreath Assembly on December <br /> 8, 2019, and the Wreath Placement on December 14, 2019, at Pioneer Cemetery. <br /> Alfred Exner expressed concern regarding Item No. 12 and encouraged Council to address traffic <br /> concerns and school overcrowding. He asked Council to wait until the RHNA numbers are made <br /> available before making any decisions. <br /> Zarina Kiziloglu expressed concern regarding the lack of affordable housing in Pleasanton and <br /> encouraged Council to include more of it in the East Pleasanton Specific Plan. <br /> A member of the public expressed her concern regarding Item No. 12, encouraged Council to ensure <br /> infrastructure, traffic congestions, and adequate schools are addressed before any construction begins. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 12.
