Approved meeting minutes of November 5, 2019 <br /> 2. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 19-1123 setting the City Council meeting <br /> schedule for calendar year 2019 <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 4. Public Hearing: Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 19-1124 amending the <br /> Master Fee Schedule to establish a fee for processing Small Wireless Facility applications, in the <br /> amount of $3,779 per site for facilities within the public right of way, and $3,552 per site for <br /> facilities on private property applications <br /> 5. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 19-1125 approving pre-annexation and <br /> provision of water and sewerage facility and services agreement with Robert and Kelli Himsl for <br /> 280 Oak Lane and authorizing an application to the Local Agency Formation Commission for out- <br /> of-area service <br /> Engineering <br /> 6. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract to Suarez & Munoz Construction, Inc. in the amount of $334,695 <br /> for the Centennial Park Bocce Ball Court Renovations Project, CIP No. 20764 and authorized the <br /> Director of Engineering to approve and execute changes order not to exceed $35,000 <br /> Finance <br /> 7. Accepted monthly disbursements and investment report for October 2019 <br /> 8. Pulled and continued to December 17, 2019 — Approve loan agreement for $732,548 with the <br /> Hacienda Business Park Owners Association to renovate landcaped areas in the Hacienda <br /> Business Park <br />
