Contract #2017552 THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Third Amendment to Agreement ("Third Amendment") is entered into this 4th day of February 2020 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and Accounting Principals, Inc., dba Ajilon Professional Staffing ("Contractor"). Whereas, on December 21, 2016, the City and Accounting Principals, Inc. entered into a Professional Services Agreement for providing temporary staffing services ("Agreement"); and Whereas, on December 22, 2017, the parties amended the Agreement for an additional eighteen months through June 30, 2019 and increased the amount of the original agreement to a not-to-exceed value of$250,00; and • Whereas, on July 1, 2019, the parties amended the Agreement for an additional twelve months through June 30, 2020; and Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement for an additional eighteen months through December 31, 2021 and increase the amount of the agreement to a not-to-exceed value of$350,000. Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3 of the Agreement, " Terms" is amended to read: The term of the Agreement is extended for eighteen months through December 31, 2021; 2. Section 4 of the Agreement, "Compensation"is amended to read: The compensation for services and reimbursement for costs is increasing by $100,000 for a new total compensation amount of$350,000.00. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
