<br />Resolution No. PC-99-95 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />2. The proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under <br />which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />As conditioned, it is not anticipated that the volume and numbers of <br />vehicles associated with this use would create a potentially adverse <br />impact. However, a condition of approval has been included that should <br />the use result in any unanticipated parking problems additional conditions <br />could be imposed, or the use permit could be suspended or revoked to <br />address the issue. <br /> <br />3. The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The proposed use will comply with all provisions and requirements of the <br />City's Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use will be <br />compatible with the surrounding uses and properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVESTHEFOLLO~NG: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Approves Case PCUP-I, the application of Byron & Brenda Dronkers and Paul & <br />Fiona Smith for a conditional use permit to operate a children's activity center <br />within an existing industrial building located at 1056 Serpentine Lane (Valley <br />Business Park), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective I 5 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE STH DAY OF DECEMBER 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />None <br />Commissioners Kameny and Kumaran <br />None <br /> <br />A~ <br />~ l, <br />~) <br /> <br />Peggy i ro <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />~~A* <br /> <br /> <br />Chairperson <br />
