The ordinance may provide alternative means of <br /> compliance that may include, but are not limited to, in-lieu fees, land dedication, offsite construction, or <br /> acquisition and rehabilitation of existing units. <br /> (-2}(b) (A-)(1) If the local government has not adopted an inclusionary housing ordinance, as described in <br /> paragraph (1),subdivision (a), the residential development includes an affordable housing contribution for <br /> households with incomes that do not exceed the limits for extremely low income, very low income, and low <br /> income specified in Sections 50093, 50105, and 50106 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> (-B)(2) For purposes of this paragraph-,-the- subdivision, a residential development satisfies the affordable <br /> housing contribution requirement of this subdivision if the residential development is subject to one of the <br /> following,as applicable: <br /> (+}(A) If the project has 10 or fewer units, no affordability contribution is imposed. <br /> (B) If the project has 11 to 20 residential units, the development proponent may pay an in-lieu fee to the <br /> local government for affordable housing,where feasible, pursuant to paragraph(3). <br /> (tot}(C) If the project has more than 20 residential units, the development proponent shall do either of the <br /> following: <br /> (4-)(i) Make a comparable affordability contribution toward housing offsite that is affordable to lower income <br /> households, pursuant to subparagraph(C).paragraph(3). <br /> https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billVersionsCompareC1ient.xhtml?bill id=2019202... 1/10/2020 <br />
