Additionally, per <br /> the request of the City, we have incorporated tasks outlining preparation of the regulatory permit <br /> application packages required for project activities. This includes a Regional General Permit(RGP) from <br /> the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), the related Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br /> water quality certification (WQC) for routine maintenance work, and in support of the Corps/RWQCB <br /> permitting process, Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 consultation.
