JOHN LP <br /> FOR TRACT 8326 LOCATED AT 536 AND 550 ST. JOHN STREET <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8326 created 12 single-family home lots, one for existing home, ten new town <br /> homes and a common area parcel on an approximately 0.73-acre site located at 536 <br /> and 550 St. John Street. The property is located as shown on Attachments 1 and 2. All <br /> public improvements have been constructed and are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept public improvements constructed for Tract 8236. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
